I hanker after a healthy diet plan

I have to confess that I am not the most athletic man. In fact, I am a rather big person. Simply speaking, I am obese but I would love to change it. However, I do not really know how to handle this issue. Many people know what they are talking about by giving simple clues like: eat less or do sports. Frankly speaking, doing sports while being this big is not that easy. I tried and I am dying after five minutes of work out, no matter what kind of work out it is. I really want to improve but I do not know how to get a grip of it. I do not know what to eat either. Eat less... Okay, I can start eating less but I will still continue to eat what I usually do and those are not the most nutritious things, at least I think so. I need specific tips. I hanker after a healthy diet plan because a one of those would definitely improve my life a lot. Because of the lack of a healthy diet plan the last time I talked with a girl was about two years ago. Two years ago I was not that chubby. Now I am afraid of approaching any woman. This really hurts because when I was younger I used to be a really entertaining and out-going guy. Now I am a shade of my old self and I would really love to get back to the state of how I used to act and how it used to be in general.
